Privacy policy.
1. Our principle
SportsBetGuide FR collects the strict minimum. We sell no data, build no marketing prospect lists and carry out no advertising profiling. The Service can be read in full without creating an account and without providing any personal information whatsoever.

We collect no special category data within the meaning of article 9 GDPR, no banking data and no data relating to betting habits — SportsBetGuide FR having access to no player account.
4. Recipients
Data is handled by the SportsBetGuide FR newsroom alone, limited to those who need to know. Our technical processors (hosting, email delivery) act on documented instructions, under agreements compliant with article 28 GDPR. No data is transferred, rented or resold to third parties.
5. Transfers outside the European Union
The Service is hosted within the European Union. Should a processor need to handle data outside the EU, the transfer would be covered by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision in force.
6. Security
HTTPS encryption in transit, strict security headers, restricted and authenticated administrative access, encrypted backups. The Service distributes no executables and triggers no automatic downloads.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, together with the right to withdraw your consent at any time and to set directions as to what happens to your data after your death.
To exercise them, write to legal@sportsbetguidefr.com setting out your request. We reply within one month. Proof of identity may be requested where there is reasonable doubt as to the identity of the person making the request.
You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL — 3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07 — cnil.fr.
8. Minors
The Service is addressed exclusively to adults. We do not knowingly collect data concerning minors. If you become aware that a minor has sent us data, write to us: it will be deleted without delay.
9. Links to third-party services
This policy covers the SportsBetGuide FR Service only. By following a link to a licensed operator, you leave our Service: the handling of your data then falls entirely under that operator’s privacy policy.
10. Changes
This policy may be updated to reflect legal or technical developments. The version in force is the one published on this page, with its update date.
