1. Purpose

8. No user-generated content

The Service hosts no user-published content: no comments, no forum, no file uploads, no public profiles. All content is written and approved by the SportsBetGuide FR newsroom before publication.

9. Availability and security

We take reasonable steps to ensure the availability and performance of the Service. It may nonetheless be temporarily suspended for maintenance or for reasons beyond our control. The Service distributes no software, installs no executables and triggers no automatic downloads.

10. Limitation of liability

SportsBetGuide FR cannot be held liable for financial losses, direct or indirect, resulting from a decision taken on the basis of the information published, nor for the contractual relationships entered into between a reader and a third-party operator.
